By registering and participating in this loyalty program, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions:

• The balance on your Bonus Card can be used to pay for groceries at BonDiGro.
• Applying for a Bonus Card costs three dollars. This amount will be credited directly to your card.
• Loyalty dollars can only be earned when your BonDiGro Bonus Card or QR code is scanned at the checkout.
• You can check your balance at any time through the app or request it at the customer service desk upstairs upon presentation of identification.
• The card is linked to an individual or business. Multiple cards may be issued under one name. Participation in the loyalty program is available from the age of 16.
• Identification will be requested when making payments with loyalty dollars.
• Cash refunds are not available for purchases made with the Bonus Card, including purchases that were partially paid for in cash.
• This loyalty program does not apply to businesses that are permitted to purchase on account.
• Loyalty dollars cannot be claimed retroactively.
• Loyalty dollars cannot be used for payments related to Falki Express.
• Customers are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
• If your card is lost or stolen, please report this to our customer service department as soon as possible so that we can block your account.
• It is not possible to transfer balances to another account.
• BonDiGro respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
• BonDiGro reserves the right to unilaterally terminate or modify this loyalty program, provided that customers are informed by email at least three months in advance. In such cases, BonDiGro will not be liable for any compensation.
• Customers may close their accounts at any time, in which case all accumulated loyalty dollars will expire.
• If unlawful activity or misuse is suspected, BonDiGro reserves the right to block the account and recover any improperly obtained discount by issuing an invoice.
• BonDiGro is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in this loyalty program, unless there is intentional misconduct or deliberate recklessness.
