Soberano Brandy 0.7L is a classic Spanish brandy produced by González Byass in Jerez de la Frontera, a region internationally known for its sherry and brandy traditions. The brandy is made from Airén and sometimes Palomino grapes which are distilled into brandy and then aged in American oak barrels which were previously contain sherry, according to the traditional solera system mixing young and older distillates.

The result is a dark amber colored drink with aromas of oak, caramel, vanilla and hints of dried fruit and citrus, and a soft, slightly sweet and balanced taste that is relatively accessible. This brandy is often served pure or with ice, but can also be incorporated into classic or modern cocktails.
