The term XO (Extra Old) means that the youngest eaux‑de‑vie in the blend have been aged for at least ten years, and many components can be significantly older. The cognac combines the strength and finesse of Grande Champagne eaux‑de‑vie with the elegance of the rare Borderies cru, resulting in deeply layered aromas and flavors.
