Courvoisier VS 0.7L is a blend cognac from the Cognac region in France produced by Courvoisier, one of the four largest houses in the cognac world with a long history in traditional blending and maturation. The US classification (“Very Special”) means that the youngest component in the blend has been aged for at least two years, but often eaux-de-vie aged three to seven years in French oak barrels used to develop structure and character.

This cognac offers a warm amber appearance with an aromatic nose ripe fruit, spring flowers and subtle vanilla. On the tongue it presents itself smooth and fruity with flavors of apple, pear and soft spice notes, supported by light oak and vanilla notes and a comfortable, balanced finish. Due to its accessible style, Courvoisier VS is suitable for both straight drinking and use in classic cocktails such as the Sidecar or French 75, and it can also be with a little water or on ice are served to further open the aromas.
