Chivas Regal 12 Years is a premium blended Scotch whisky produced by Chivas Brothers in Scotland. The blend contains carefully selected Speyside single malts and grain whiskies, including whiskeys from the Strathisla distillery as a core component. Due to maturing for at least 12 years in oak barrels, the components develop a soft, rich and harmonious profile that is characteristic of this classic mix.
The aroma shows honey, fruity and light vanilla notes, with hints of apple and herbs, followed by a creamy, soft and balanced taste palette in which sweet malt, caramel and subtle herbs come together. The aftertaste is warm, mild and medium-long, with a harmonious combination of fruity and light oaky accents, making the whiskey both accessible to beginners if suitable for experienced drinkers.
