Aperol Barbieri 1L is an Italian aperitif liqueur that was originally developed in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers in Padua, Italy. The product owes its name and traditional recipe to this family history and is nowadays produced by the Campari Group, but the original formula with citrus, herbal, and bitter root components has been preserved.

The liqueur has an alcohol content of about 11% by volume and a vibrant orange color. The flavor profile combines bitter-sweet citrus and herbal aromas, including those from bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and other aromatic plants.
